A sweeter darker porter with hints of cherries and an okay mouthfeel. Head could be larger but highly drinkable, hints of grape with a wet finish.

Bottle from gbbf 2013. Caramel ruby red colour with a reluctant white head. Aroma is stale salty malt. Flavout is sweet malt and cardboard. Really very bad. Reminds me of karmi.

0.5l bottle. Dark ruby body, off-white head. Aroma and taste are both really sweet, licorice and caramel. Too sweet for my taste.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit. Very sweet flavour of molasses with some few malty notes. Unexpected, rather metallic aftertaste. Nothing particularly enjoyable, due to the overwhelming, somewhat artificial sweetness. Didn’t finish the bottle.

500 ml bottle, probably from Voldby Købmandsgård, Denmark. ABV is 4.4%. Dark brown colour, moderate off-white to beige head. Sweetish aroma of malt sugar and unfermented wort, also notes of bread and dust. Very sweet, sugary and malty flavour, reminiscent of a Danish dark "hvidtøl", but despite the sweetness, the mouthfeel is fairly thin. No hops detected. Not awful, though - just not something I’ll buy again.

Bottle shared at a Den Haag RB tasting. Reddish brown pour with a white thin head. It smells awful and it tastes awful. It's just like drinking sugar water. Truly dreadful!
