An Epic Hop Tale - Chapter 2: Nelson Sauvin is an 8% Double IPA built as a single-hop showcase of one of the world’s most distinctive hop varieties. Grown exclusively in the Nelson region of New Zealand, Nelson Sauvin is renowned for its unique tropical intensity and unmistakable resinous edge and this limited release puts it front and centre.

Expect bold waves of ripe mango and passionfruit up front, followed by that signature dank, earthy resin that sets Nelson apart. A soft, hazy body carries the hop character, while a clean malt base keeps everything balanced, finishing dry with a lingering, slightly resinous bite.

Brewed as a pure expression of Nelson Sauvin, this single-hop DIPA delivers the full picture nothing blended, nothing softened just one of the most sought-after hops in the world doing exactly what it does best.

From a 440ml can on 23/6/2026. Pours a hazy golden with lots of yeast floaties and a big head. There's a pleasant mix of tropical, citrus and stone fruit on the nose. Sweetish up front with orange, mango and passionfruit, along with some melon and white grape so typical of the hop. Finishes with a moderate, dry, lightly resinous bitterness. Has a silky mouthfeel and average carbonation. Really enjoyable.
