The latest version of our recurring Double IPA series. Brewed with Citra, Strata Cryo, @freestylehops Nelson Bliss, and Rakau. We utilized a sturdy addition of spelt malt in the grain bill in this one for a nice balancing malt sweetness. *Limit 3 cases per person, per day*

Draft at Bakes, 6/13/26. Fully hazy yellowish-owner, white head, moderate lace. Juicy, papaya, passion fruit, apricot, peach, and melon notes. Smooth, creamy, flavorful. Quite good.
