The IPA is brewed with American Cascade and Australian Galaxy hop varieties that deliver a massive hit of passion fruit, mango and peach aromas and flavour. But the beer is well-balanced, with rich biscuit malt and a creamy note from the addition of wheat. It finishes hoppy, bitter, fruity and malty -- a finely-rounded and refreshing beer.

Tap @ London Fields Taproom, medium sample, served in a tulip glass. Clear golden color, short head. Aroma is very fruity of grapefruit, citrus, bit pine, slight caramelly and biscuity malt. Medium bitter in taste, slight cookie and biscuity sweetness. Not as much as the Shoreditch IPA, which has much more malty backbone, but has less pungent hops. Goes very well with the Cashel Blue cheese we had at the side. Great IPA.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - London. Pours clear , amber-gold with a foamy, white head. The nose has lots of leafy hops, some pine, toated malts. Medium sweet flavor with rich and sticky pine, some caramel, toast, minerals and brown sugar. Medium bodied with fine average carbonation. Lightly warming to finish with some sticky malts, pine resins, crunchy leaves, dried caramel. So so.

Bottle from London Beer Market Spitalfields. Hazy amber no real head. Some grapefruit om aroma. More grapefruit resin pine in the flavour. Some bitterness on a lingering grapefruit finish. A little syrupy but otherwise fine. A little sweet. Ok
