Those who have followed us for some time may be aware of our earlier TrIPA beers - bursting with big, rich flavour and not what you’d expect an aged triple IPA to taste like.
This one is no different. Brewed in early 2021 and aged for just under 4 years in a fresh red wine barrel.
The tannins come through from the barrel ageing with an almost sherry-like dry finish. The hops have tamed the sour and allowed a bit of funk to come through as well.
Definitely one to share!
