RBJG2. Brown/amber colour, golden bubbly head. Aroma fruity, raisins. Taste is very fruity, boozy, plums dark fruit. Very nice. Re-rate, bottle at home. Aroma is burnt caramel, quite a Belgian aroma. Liquorice and dark fruit too. Taste is Belgian too, liquorice again, spicy, quite beefy, dubbel like. Sweet and boozy. Dark fruits. Pretty nice.

Bottle at RBJG 2 Grand Tasting, thanks TimE. Brown cola colour with a small head. Sweet aroma of dark fruit, caramel. Sweet caramel flavour with some hints of alcohol.

Bottle at RBJG2. Brown color, beige head. Aroma of sweet plums. Taste is raisins, dates, plums. Nice.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel and dark fruit aroma. Sweetish malty dark fruit and caramel flavor. Has a Sweetish malty caramel and dark fruit finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours dark golden orange to brown with a small off white head. Aroma is cheesy and caramelish malty. Sweet, caramelish and toasted malty. Sweet and breadish finish.

Bottled. A dark red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, and brett, leading to a dry finish.

cloudy red, smooth light brown head. malty and oxidized malty aroma, roasted malts, flavor is malty, sweet flowery malty, straight, very nice fruity barley wine

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a hazy nutty brown with a dense beige head. Rustic aroma of overripe fruit and caramel. Rich body, tons of caramel, a little wood, overripe fruit and some warming alcohol. A very delicious British style Barley Wine. Old school enjoyable. 210113

This bottle had been aging for 4-5 years. It came out tasting very much like an English Old Ale / Barley wine. Amazingly smooth, with molasses, caramel, dark fruit, and cidery notes. Slightly vegetal as well. Very complex malts.
