Helsingin päärautatieaseman Kellotornin minuuttiviisarilla on pituutta 1,5 metriä. Tuntiviisarilla on painoa 60 kiloa, joka sattuu olemaan myös Viisari Vehnään käytetyn vehnämaltaan määrä (joista 50 kg on mallastettua ja 10 kg mallastamatonta vehnää). Nectaronilla ja Citralla humaloitu runsaan neilikkainen vehnäolut. Sopii hyvin myös henkilöille, joille perinteisillä banaanisilla estereillä turboahdettu Weizen ei ole se omin juttu. 100 % kotimaisilla Pehkolan mallastamon maltailla pantu olut.

Keg at the brewpub. Hazy-opaque gold. Thin foamy white head. Aroma is peppery, cloves, with light banana. Flavourwise initially sour before some banana sweetness appears. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-flat carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Doesn't do it for me. Too raw.

(Keg at Kellotorni, 20260629) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had herbalness, spiciness and honey. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were floralness, spiciness, herbalness, fruitiness, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste had spiciness and bitterness. Good.

Hazy yellow color and small white head and lace. Hoppy, citrusy, spicey, wheaty aroma. Light-bodied. Citrusy, hoppy, bitter, wheaty, spicey clove flavour. Very American. Ok.
