Dit blonde bier heeft een subtiele bitterheid en een lichte fruitigheid van perzik. De nasmaak is uiteindelijk frisbitter. Verder is het mondgevoel is zacht en prikkelend van het koolzuur.

0.25l bottle. This is a near clear, light blurry golden one with a big lasting white top. It smells really classic Belgian this. Belgian yeast, bright candied sugar, green sweet apples, something almost herbal and traces of some canned fruit-juice. Really lightdrinkable, somewhat fruit-sour sweet like glucose. It has a average+ carbonation level and a light oily mouthfeel. Again some light apply thing in the taste with hints of canned peaches. It's actually not all that exciting his, but it's not totally boring either. Just a bit generic perhaps? Lightdrinkable and definitely a Belgian taste over it. 16.05.2013

Bottle at home. Pours a slightly hazy dark straw colour with a big whipped eggwhite-like off-white head. Aroma of citrus, Belgian yeast and some sweet fruit and spices. Mild flavour with much of the same but with more pale malt, straw and hay. Has a smooth and slick mouth feel, and a light bitterness. A solid and mild Belgian blond ale.

25 cl. bottle from ALBO @ home. BBF 24/11/2013. Light hazy hay golden, quickly fading white head. Nose is bitter esters, BE style, some BE yeast, fresh hay, light citrus, grass, hint medicinal. Taste is hay, citrus, esters, some almost yoghurt / white bread sweet BE yeast, cereal, bitter grass, almost hint medicinal alcohol. Carb. is far too explosive. Manageable for the style. Not the biggest enthusiast of the Malheur series except for Dark Brut which is phenomenal.

Torrare svslutning. Fina smaker men aningen söt.

Bottle at the Cafe Rose Red, Brugges. Pours light, hazy yellow with a thick, white head. Sugary malt nose with hints of orange citrus. Medium sweet flavor, some metallic bite, light candi sugars, moderate hay bitterness, faint alcohol, dry caramel. Medium bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Lightly warming to finish with moderate, yeasty dry dough malts, light bitter straw, faint dry citrus and caramel. Nice.
