Dit blonde bier heeft een subtiele bitterheid en een lichte fruitigheid van perzik. De nasmaak is uiteindelijk frisbitter. Verder is het mondgevoel is zacht en prikkelend van het koolzuur.

25cl bottle. Pours golden-orange with a generous head. The nose has stewed cooking apples. The taste has more green apples all the way. The palate is at least medium in structure, though the structure seems closed. The texture is again tight but at least medium and there is a finish which is very cleansing. Overall, a very drinkable Blonde Dubbel.

(Bottle, 0.25 l, at One Pint Pub, Helsinki, 20110325) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was white and quite large. Aroma was quite citric with other fruits at the background. Palate was quite light bodied and also dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, hops, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A weak and watery beer.

Pours hazy amber with a small lasting head.Nose shows doughy yeast and loads of herbal funky notes. A bit weird. Some hints of spices.Similar herbal notes follow through as flavours alongside the doughy Belgian yeast and soft phenols.Carbonation is pretty high, unnecessarily so.

250 ml bottle. Golden body with a medium white head. Pretty weak aroma, feels sweet and spicy. Flavor is mild fruity, some malt and a bit too sweet. No real bitterness and the aftertaste just end up sweet and sticky. Not really bad, but normally I really appreciate the Malheur range and this one was a big disappointment. At the best its medium all the way.
