Dit blonde bier heeft een subtiele bitterheid en een lichte fruitigheid van perzik. De nasmaak is uiteindelijk frisbitter. Verder is het mondgevoel is zacht en prikkelend van het koolzuur.

(Bottle, Monkβs CafΓ© Wallingatan, Stockholm) Golden colour with lasting, white head and lively carbonation. Malty, clean nose with grass, hay, citrus, grain and fresh hops. Malty, slightly fruity taste with notes of citrus, peaches, grass and fresh floral hops in the finish. Medium body, fairly dry. Well balanced and tasty.

Bottled 25cl (BB 04/2012)
Slightly hazy golden color, good off-white head. Aroma of fresh herbs, rubber and lime peels. Quite light, watery for being 6% brew. Crisp. Flavor is similar to nose: lime peels, flowery - elderflowery herbal flavors, dry finish. Refreshing but simple.

250ml bottle, 10C. Orange with a slight chill haze, large frothy white head. Aroma of spiced orange zest, band-aids and damp soil. A little pale malt fruity sweetness rapidly overtaken by very dry citrus and spice. Austere - I kept waiting for the fruity malt to open up as it warmed, but it never did.

250 ml bottle. Medium gold color with a low head. Malty, fruity aroma. Plums and pears. Light pilsner malts. Also something slightly hospital-like. Or paint thinner. Some hops in there too. Malty, sweet flavor. Rich cereals. A bit fruity. Grapes. Rather dull, but drinkable. Smooth and inoffensive, but not really sure what they are aiming at. Needs more hops for sure to be a good Belgian style light ale. It may be a bit too old, though. Drink by next Oct., but that means a few years past its best hop flavor.

Bottle: Hazy, pale golden to golden, small foamy layer, lazy carbonation; shy sourish-fruity nose with a hayish-hoppy background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; gets much hoppier and more spicy towards the dry bitter-tart (and fruity) end. Weak overture, pleasant finish.......

Bottle. Poured a cloudy orangish yellow with a white head. Aroma had notes of orange peel, lemon, yeast and malt. Flavor definitely had some citrus hops as well as some sweet malts.

A hazy golden ale with a thick lacing white head. A pleasant honey and orange pulp in aroma, with lemony character, and yeast. In mouth, a nice hoppy belgian ale, with strawy character, light sweet and mineral notes, a bit of a creamy mouthfeel. Medium bodied. Bieropholie imports. BB 21-09-08.

(33cl bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a big and dense foamy white head. Yeasty and sweei pale malty aroma with light notes of citrus, a tinge of honey and spicy herbal hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Pale malt-character with restrained fruity notes; almost dry and a bit astringent hop bitter finish with herbal spice. Good, hoppy stuff (26.IV.09).
