Barrel-aged wild ale aged for 17 and 19 months in oak. Amber in colour, with aromas of stone fruit and gentle florality. Soft acidity supports a medium-bodied, balanced palate, showing subtle oak, a hint of caramel, and a lightly floral character.

Funky and sweetish oaky with some bretta, wood, spices, herbal notes, hints of tartness and mild sourness. Quite complex and pretty balanced.
