A collaboration with our friends at Elmeleven. Utilising our MCI base we have aged the base liquid in a rum and bourbon cask for X months, allowing sweet oak-driven notes to seep into every drop. We have then blended this rich decadent base with sweet summer flavours of delicate ripe banana, subtly toasted coconut and vanilla with just a whisper of cinnamon for extra warmth. The result is an experience of sophisticated tropical warmth enveloped in a velvety, luxurious body

Pours black with a thin dirty tan head that fades to cling on the glass. Lots of banana, caramel, chocolate, fudge, vanilla with a good boozy kick. Sweet but not overly so with the boozy bite bringing it back. Nice balance of caramel and banana. Good stuff

TCBW2026. Pitch black colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is nutty, some alcohol, mild cinnamon with some slight vanilla and alcohol tones too. Flavour is banana, vanilla, some fudgey, mildly alcohol as well as some coconut lurking.
