On tap at Blackback Pub, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of spruce tips, gin barrels, wild yeast, and oak. Flavour is dominated by both the spruce and gin barrels, with intense botanical, oak, and wild yeast. Not my preferred style of saison—that gin is too much—but this is inarguably well-made.

As Dreams 2 ABV 5,5 at Mikkeller and Friends. Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Amber colour. Light malty andhoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average modderate bitter finish.Pine very present. Oily palate.
