Pajiza turbia sin filtrar. Abundante espuma que se desvanece. Ligera bastante carbonatada. Muy refrescante. Cítrica en aroma y gusto. También especias. Bien equilibrada y hecha. Entre hefeweizen y witbier, buenas cosas de ambas estilos. Notable.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with yellowish head. The aroma has notes of fruits, malt, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and hops.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden with a small white head. Aroma is mild estery and light fruity. Smooth fruity, mild estery and light citrusy. Medium dry and light estery finish.

33cl bottle at FCAN’12. Pale golden colour with a high carbonation, white head, medium lasting. Aroma is wheaty with notes of banana. Flavour has notes of citrus with a slightly bitterness in the final. Carbonation and body are medium.
