Fifteen years old and still chasing the juicest hops in the room. To celebrate, we went big—really big—with a Double IPA that pulls out all the stops. We loaded it up with Dolcita, the new kid everyone's talking about, bringing waves of peach, tropical fruit, and citrus-candy vibes, then balanced it with smooth, zesty Motueka. A thiolized kveik yeast cranks the juiciness and aroma to eleven. Fifteen years in and we're still experimenting, still innovating, and still having a blast. Cheers to 15 years of beers crafted on the Cape!

16 ounce can from Libby’s Liquors. Number one with a bullet. Slightly hazed orange gold color. Large rocky white head. Aromas of tangerine, peach and lemon. Flavor is sharp, tangy citrus. Notes of red grapefruit, blood orange, dried pineapple and peach ring. There is an underlying tanginess that is new to me. I assume it is from the Dolcita hops.
