Kicking off our ten year anniversary week with our first collaboration with our forever family at The Seed.
Brewed with Rabbit Hill Malthouse pilsner malt and a large portion of malted wheat and raw wheat. Hopped in the kettle with Cascade, Mandarina Bavaria, and whirlpool-ed with freshly zested and juiced oranges, along with coriander and chamomile.
Bright notes of citrus zest, freshly squeezed OJ, fruit loops, stone fruit, herbal spice, wheat fields, and Belgian esters.

16 ounce can from Hamilton Super BuyRite. Number one with a bullet. Straw gold color. Frothy white head. Sulphury aroma hints at plain popcorn. Flavor is light and spritzy. Wisps of coriander and chamomile. No detectable orange flavors at all. Thin bodied and lacking in flavor or character. Disappointing.
