This beer is a collaborative effort together with our good friends—and world class brewers—at Buxton Brewery (UK).
Yellow Belly—a person who is without courage, fortitude, or nerve; a coward.
To us, one of the most cowardly deeds is to act anonymously, hiding behind a group. A signifying trait of institutionalized racism.
This beer is brewed to celebrate all things new, open minded and progressive. A peanut butter biscuit stout with no biscuits, butter or nuts. Taste, enjoy, and don’t be prejudiced.

Refrigerated 11.2 oz. brown bottle poured into a glass. Black with very small light brown head. Aroma is peanut butter, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is peanut butter, chocolate, and some soy sauce. Not a fan.

Bottle at home from Kill the Cat on Brick Lane. I drank this as a dessert at the end of the evening after a number of other beers and an enormous steak. A rich looking beer in the glass with a reasonable head. There was a rich and sweet aroma of malt coming from the glass. The flavour was rich and sweet malt and a caressing mouthfeel. I have to admit that I didn't notice peanut in the taste, but that is probably a good thing. The sweetness worked at that point of the evening, but it was so rich I am glad I only had the one. I am glad I tried it, but it didn't get me shouting from the rooftop and I have no particular need to revisit.

Erste Sahne.

11.2 oz bottle poured into a tulip. Best by date of August 11, 2021. Black with a bit of tan head. Aromas of caramel, biscuit cookies, sweetened peanut butter, vanilla, cocoa, milk and dark chocolates. Tastes of peanut butter, caramel, toffee, biscuit cookies, dark chocolate, cocoa, vanilla. Full body with a dry and slightly warm finish. Like liquid nutty buddy bars drizzled with caramel. Fantastic stuff.

Bottle at Four Hops, Reigate. Pours almost black with a small lasting tan coloured head. Aroma of chocolate, peanut, pecan, biscuit and nut with light roasting. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium to full bodied, slight oily texture, very soft carbonation. So good!

330 ml bottle. Pours black with short tan head. Aromas of peanuts, sugary cookie dough, chocolate ice cream and dark roasted malts. Flavor of dark chocolate fudge, vanilla, dry roasted malts and creamy coffee with a bitter nutty aftertaste. Most excellent.
