Orzechy, roznorakie, tez faktycznie maslo ale orzechowe a nie maslomaslo, troche ciastowe... ale na swiezo chyba lepsiejsze.

Thin beige head immediately left a collar on a thick oily, black body. Pours viscous with a thick oily feel on the palate. Super smooth. A big hit of peanuts filled by sweet dark malty tastes & dark fruits & sweet stone fruits.

Bottle, 0.33l, courtesy of CanCrusher. Dark brown color with thin quickly diminishing light brown head. Aroma of peanut butter, biscuit, cocoa and mild roasted malt. Taste starts with sweet rich roasted malt, caramel and licorice, followed by nuts, grass and dried fruit, mouthfeel is warming and alcoholic, while finish is heavy bitter. Full body, sticky syrupy texture and average carbonation in palate. This one’s making me (pee)nuts :)

25/07/2017: 330ml bottle. Pours very dark brown with a thin copper brown head dissipating quickly. Aroma: vanilla, caramel, cocoa, fudge, biscuits, nuts. Taste: sweet, vanilla, caramel, fudge, biscuity, nuts, cocoa, creamy lactose, some warming alcohol in the throat though it is remarkably well hidden, doesn’t taste like 11% at all. Full bodied, soft carbonation, incredibly smooth mouthfeel like a liqueur, a bit sticky. Outstanding, and I don’t even like peanuts! 8-4-8-5-18 - 4.3 07/09/2019 - 2019 Ceased & Desisted Final Batch 330ml bottle. Black pour with a thin beige/tan head. Aroma of cocoa, biscuits, vanilla, peanut. Taste is sweet, rich, cocoa, biscuits, vanilla, peanut, lactose, bitter cacao finish. Full bodied, smooth, sticky. Still great yet doesn't quite live up to the bottle I had 2 years ago, a lot more bitterness this time round. 8-4-8-4-17 - 4.2

Pitch black, dark tan head
Aroma of sweet buttery biscuit, strange nose, some odd fruits, just a weird mess
Taste of rich dark malts, strong butter flavours, dark chocolate, sweet candy, odd flavours that get worse with the drinking, nice impy flavour ruined with this awful sweet buttery flavour.
Palate Soft carb, full body, rich texture, sweet, alcohol well hidden. Finish of dark malts then this weird sickly butter biscuit - good malts ruined with seems to be intentional brewing faults
Overall - Buttery flavours like this don’t work in beers - didn’t like this at all. A failed experiment for me and chucked 1/2 of it out. But hey there’s folk out there that like this stuff. I couldn’t stand it.

Aus der Flasche 2017-05 getrunken. In der Nase Vanilie und ja klar Biskuit - spannend! Doch wer jetzt am Gaumen ein super süßes Belgien Sweet Stout erwartet wird überrascht. Denn hier dominiert neben den schon genannten Aromen und eine dunkle Beerenfrucht eine kräftige Bitterkeit durch Röstaromen von gebrannten Kaffee- und Schokobohnen. Alles zusammen aber sehr stimmig. Klar ein skandinavisches High-End Stout.

Bottle 33 cl. Black with a medium light brown head. Nice aroma of vanilla, chocolate, nuts and dark. Nice sweet taste with a long chocolate and nuts end. Full body, nice one! "This beer is brewed to celebrate all things new." Yellow Belly fits perfectly today, 25/5-17.
