Bottle from ? Pours dark brown/blk with a dark tan head. Aroma of chocolate and peanut butter. Med ++ body. Trace of heat. Flavor is chocolate/peanut butter, but it’s a bit more than that. Touch of vanilla/marshmallow? Really pleasant. Very tasty. Likely deadly in large quantities.

12oz bottle thanks to Steve. Pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is like the nutter butter cookies sweet peanut butter chocolate. Taste is more of the nice chocolate peanut butter some nice roast and a little ashy bitterness.

Bottle, enjoyed 4,5 years before bbd. Pours pitch black, with a creamy, off white head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malts with bread, peanuts, chocolate spread, and leather, as well as cocoa, vanilla and muscovado. Creamy body, with soft to no carbonation. Flavour is dark roasted malts, with coffee, leather, cocoa, muscovado and wooden barrels.

Bottle, 11%. Black with tiny brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, peanut, caramel, candy and chocolate. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, peanut, caramel, candy, sweet, hop, sticky, little liquorice, thick and medium bitter. 8-3-8-4-16 Yellow Belly Ceased & Desisted Final Batch. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, nut, chocolate, caramel and candy. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, liquorice, nut, sweet, peanut and medium bitter. 8-3-8-4-17

Petroleum black, beige head. Pungent peanut, chocolate cake, cocoa, lactose on nose. Medium to full body. The flavour echoes the aroma. Vinous. Sweet start. Dryer ending. Okay, it’s good. I’m not a fan of it however.

330 ml bottle. The beer is black with a small light brown head. Liquid looks to have some weight to it. The aroma has a dense peanutty malt flavor. It’s not exactly peanut, closer to a nice peanut butter cookie or something, different from other peanut butter beers (and preferable for me) Not artificial at all, even though it’s not quite peanut butter. Big fudge and toffee sweetness backing the nuttiness. Some creaminess, some fruity coffee. Rich and sweet in taste. Wonderful base of chocolate syrup poured over toffee and shortbread. The nutty flavor comes through and really needs that sweetness to work properly. More coffee in the finish with a nice roasty note cleaning things up. Full mouthfeel, almost syrupy. The flavor is a bit odd, but I’m a fan of this take on the peanut butter stout idea.

From bottle shared at Ratebeer Best awards and bottle-share. Thanks Henok and Magnus! Black color with beige brown head. Roasted malty aroma, chocolate, coffee, cocoa, spicy, caramel, nutty. Heavy sweet and moderate bitter taste like aroma. Medium to full silky oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle at Östersunds malt festival. Strange. Smelt and tasted just like raspberry shisha in grassy fields as a 16 year old, a kind of off synthetic raspberry mixed with charcoal. Wasn’t getting any peanut butter or biscuit. Odd. Would like to try again sometime...seems this was an anomaly.
