Well balanced but a little watery. Some roast and dark chocolate in light doses. Pours black with good head and lacing. Finishes with some caramel and a velvet texture. Light bitter. Tap at meridian pint.

Draft at Meridian Pint poured into a tasting glass. Pours black with brown hues around the edge, tan head. Aromas of dark fruit, roast, dark chocolate. Tasting notes of dark fruit including plums and cherries, dark chocolate. Medium body with a semi-dry finish.

Tap Meridian Pint for CBC. Thanks drowland! Poured a dark brown, with ruby notes, very small mocha head that quickly dissipated. Aroma was vanilla notes, dark fruits, come bitter chocolates. Flavor was dark fruits, bitter chocolate, roasted malts.

Draft at the Smoke & Barrel release. Completely black, beautiful brown head, delicate lacing. Aroma of vanilla, chocolate covered Tootsie Roll, dates. Taste is bittersweet cocoa, burnt espresso, subtle brandy. Very tasty.
