One of the styles I will tell brewers to figure out. So I did with this one I really like and who also has the principle of no good beer comes below 10 %... I kind of agree these days in a way, but also I hope for respect when effing the norms. This one goes with proper colour, which is very dark brown and has some off-white head. So far so good. Flavour is rye bread, some intense sweetness with mashlike elements and some alcohol bursting through. Flavour is surprisingly nice rye bready, some sweet toasted malts with some alciohol and mild ashy tones. This is imperial kwass in a way. Aroma is mellow, whereas flavour goes into something very much stronger than kwass or table beer was meant to be. Good as a beverage, but not a Kvass.
