On tap at Hunah Day. Pours dark amber with small beige head. The aroma is dark fruit and rye. Medium body, toasted malt, rye, light dry finish, good.

Walnut, persimmon, and honey nose, kind of a neat bakalava thing happening. Clear brown, thin head. Walnut, tart apple, oak, and honey. Light body, moderate carbonation. My experience with this style is limited thus far, but this comes the closest to what I envision the style should represent. Tons of personality and quite enjoyable. A good salad course beer.
