This Bavarian-style unfiltered wheat beer is brewed with 50% malted barley and 50% malted wheat. Our signature blend of German yeast strain imparts a flavor and aroma reminiscent of bananas, cloves and bubblegum.

Cloudy darkish yellow. A little bit of banana and a little bit of smelly foot. Wheaty and tart, with light banana and some musty yeast. Fairly simple, unexciting version.

12oz bottle. Thick, murky grey-yellow color. Fresh Hefeweizen yeast aroma. The taste is delicate and refined, smooth and drinkable. Classic banana notes are well balanced by the faint hop crispness. This beer really captures the essence of a good Hefeweizen. Well Done.

Weak banana aroma. Dingy golden color, no head. Lemon flavor with a hint of clove. Itβs a hefe and thereβs not much else to say.

Pours gold with slight haze and small off white head. Initially the aroma had lots of banana and bubble gum followed by a wheat and slight tart citrus smell. The lively carbonation allows for a burst of sweetness and lemon that turn less and less sweet with the addition of wheated malt toward the middle of the taste experience. Beyond midway spices and yeast notes join in. Nice hot weather brew.

12 oz brown bottle. Pop the lid for an earthy smell and an aroma of a good citrusy wheat beer. Beatiful swirling pour starts off pale yellow then comes the precipitants from the gunk on the bottom of the bottle. Very good initial wheat flavor, orangy wheaty and no detectable bitterness. Pretty good impression on my palate as far as flavor goes. Medium low carbonation, could use a bit more. There are hints of the alky content showing thru with more contunued drinking. Freindly, well mannered and easy to get along with. If that alky character didnβt show thru this would be an excellent session brew. Not as good as michelob barvarian wheat but better than Penn Weizen. IMHO on par as far as enjoyability goes with Troegs Dream Weaver.

An unclear yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty and yeasty, like rising bread, but also with light notes of banana. The flavor is sweet wheaty combined with notes of citrus, yeast, and banana - again the yeasty notes reminds me of rising bread. The end is slightly citrusy and with the wheaty notes lingering for quite some time.

Pour is a really pale, pale straw color with a thin, white head. Aroma is weak; of cloves and light wheat. These elements come through much fuller in the flavor where the banana cloves is the ringleader and the wheat/yeast combination fills in the cracks.

Hazy yellow-orange body, thin off-white head. Estery nose, banana and clove dominating. Spicy. Light banana and clove also dominate the flavor. Somewhat acidic palate. Thin and unimpressive.
