Non-conventional India Pale created with To Øl, our Danish friends from Copenhagen. We decided to enrich the citrusy flavor of american hops with the delicacy of oat malt and the acidic freshness given by Trebbiano grape must added during boil.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Fruity hoppy aroma with notes of grapefruit, pineapple and cocos. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dry pale malt character with moderately fruity, slightly piney and spicy hops; moderately bitter hoppy and mildly fruity finish with notes of grapefruit and cocos in the aftertaste. A tad slim for an IPA. 03.VI.15

Bottle 330ml. [ As Brewfist / To Øl Space Frontier ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, grass, meadow. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, meadow, flower, grass, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140814]

Clear pale yellow beer with a thin filmy head. Dry smell of bitter hop. Flavour is in the same vein though with a tangy lemon edge to it as well. It’s not an especially complex flavour but it’s crisp and fairly refreshing.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy pale golden body with a medium white head. Low carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of pink watermelon sweets, grass, orange pith and lime. Flavour of grapefruit, tonic water, lemon sherbet and a hint of stainless steel. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A bitter, grapefruit bomb. Lovely.

Draught. Hazy light golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon drops, light booze, lemon peel, citrus hops, light grain and mango. Taste is very light sweet and medium bitter with notes of lemon, light grain and mango. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Pretty nice.

Bottled@Public Corner, Vaasa. Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, quite resiny and grassy with some nice acidic notes. Flavour is bitter citrus, zest, grass and some resiny notes.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - pale golden with a proportionate head. Nose - dry light spice and herb. There’s a touch of funk unexpectedly. Taste - more of the same. There is definitely a slightly sour edge here. Maybetthat’s the grape must. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry and tangy texture. Overall - more pils than ipa.
