We recently had Ryan and Noah visit from Ghost Town Brewing in West Oakland, California to collaborate on a beer that is as West Coast as they are. We've partnered Nelson, Mosaic and Nectaron with Deep Cut Cascade - a late-harvest variant of the hop with twice the oil content of classic Cascade, expressing sweet mandarin and peach alongside its signature grapefruit notes. We've followed Ghost Town's dry hopping technique to replicate the depth of hop character they get in their exceptional West Coast style beers.

Resinous & citrus aroma.
Medium bodied, soft on the tongue with a sharp dry back.
Resinous, grapefruit, perfume, dank & citrus tastes with an extremely long bitterly hopped finish.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_bois, cheers Colin! Coppery golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of peach, orange citrus, dank hop. Taste is malty, grainy, caramel, stone fruity, citrusy, grapefruit, pine, with woody spicy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry resiny hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can 440ml @ yngwie. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, grape, orange, caramel, piney and tropical fruity. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long citrus, piney and tropical fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft

440ml can. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grapefruit, mandarin, mild gooseberry, peach. Taste is citrusy, grapefruit, mandarin, peach, gooseberry, slightly dank, piney, strong resinous bitterness that lingers. Medium bodied.

Resinous piney bitter hoppy with some nice citrusy fruity notes of grapefruit and lemon, sweet light caramel malty backing, bitter resinous hoppy finish. Great west coaster.
