We recently had Ryan and Noah visit from Ghost Town Brewing in West Oakland, California to collaborate on a beer that is as West Coast as they are. We've partnered Nelson, Mosaic and Nectaron with Deep Cut Cascade - a late-harvest variant of the hop with twice the oil content of classic Cascade, expressing sweet mandarin and peach alongside its signature grapefruit notes. We've followed Ghost Town's dry hopping technique to replicate the depth of hop character they get in their exceptional West Coast style beers.

Taste comprises grass, pine needle, grapefruit, bitter orange.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close laced with lightly aggressive grassy hop bitterness.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear deep golden body with an off-white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of orange peel and straw. Flavour of underripe strawberry and lemon. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. A solid but unspectacular westie.
