Juice Press is a Double IPA carrying one of our most unique expressions of Citra. Pouring a glowing orange hue, tropical notes erupt from a crest of frothy foam. Atop a creamy malt bill with subtle notes of honey, aromas of passionfruit popsicles, fresh-pressed juicing oranges, mango syrup, and lemon zest wash over the palate.
Whereas most of our Tree House-style IPAs utilize hops in the kettle, whirlpool, and dry hop, Juice Press receives a mash hop charge in lieu of a kettle addition. This treatment breaks down chemical compounds locked within the hops, saturating our wort with precursors that our house yeast transforms into an incredibly juicy profile. In tandem with an immense dry hop, we found that familiar hop characteristics gained nuanced depth while their flavors shifted in unexpected directions.
This beer represents our constant pursuit of new techniques to bring you the freshest and juiciest beer to enjoy with those you love!
