Green Label Deep Cut Version

Brewed in collaboration with the Oregon Homegrown project and Crosby Hop Farm. One of our favorite beers, “Green Label” is an homage to the archetype of craft brewing, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. A beer that we’ve brewed previously, this version of Green Label utilizes Crosby grown “Deep Cut” Cascade hops. Deep Cut Cascade is a late harvest hop that is exceptionally intense for the variety and delivers spicy notes of pine resin and ruby red grapefruit. These cascade hops are combined with the unique Goschie Promise pale malt and a dash of crystal malt to recreate an American classic with the terroir of Oregon’s Willamette valley.
