Here’s a French-Belgian NEIPA, featuring a generous DDH blend of the signature hops from Fauve’s “Rejaillir le Feu” NEIPA (Mosaic, Simcoe, and Sabro) and Brussels Beer Project’s “Delta IPA” (Citra, Mosaic, and Smaragd). The originality of this NEIPA comes from the use of a Belgian malt base for a silky texture and a slightly orange hue, as well as the addition of Smaragd hops, which contribute spicy notes.
