Notes: Our 2026 collaboration with Die With Your Boots On was inspired by the red moon solstice. Rye Moon is based on our Hefe recipe but substitutes the wheat malt for rye malt and fermented with our house hefe yeast to give this beer an earthy-spicy backbone from the rye to complement the clove/banana aroma and flavors that comes out in our hefe beers.

Pours deep amber into a weizen glass. Tan head with good retention recedes to nothing. Banana and spicy pumpernickel aromas. Soft with sweet banana bread and spicy rye-raisin bread front to back. Lasting spicy banana bread finish. Different.
