The beer poured golden and clear in color.
Robust, malty and grainy pils with grass and some herbal notes. Floral notes in flavor. Full on charge pils with good amount of bitterness. Clean, well made.

(Keg at Gallow's Bird Tapiola, 20260703) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, honey and herbalness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, herbalness, grain, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste had grass, honey and bitterness. A balanced grainy brew with good bitter finish.
