Don’t hate the player – any time of the year is a good time of the year for a big bold stout, and with our brew team yearning for a trip to the dark side we couldn’t help but indulge them when they wrote the recipe for Maple Deluxe. A natural progression on our stout game after last year’s Just Like I Remember, this beer takes inspiration from the roadside diners on an old school US road trip. Seven specialty malts are at play on this beer, accentuated by an addition of our blend of coffee beans exclusive to our taproom, Polly’s Social. Not content to stop there, the brew team have added a hefty lashing of milk sugar and maple syrup to bring a pancakey gooeyness to proceedings.
