Kicsi, gyorsan elolvadó hab, vöröses árnyalatú, barna szín. Nagyon intenzív, mézes, virágos, kólás, mangós illat. Nagyon savanyú, ugyanakkor édeskés, mézes, mangós, kólás ízek. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, nem keserű. Lemarja a fogzománcot, az íze viszont jó.
