Special variant of This is My Serious Face (Motueka/Mosaic hazy IPA). We set out to make a purple colored hazy IPA with a crap-ton of blueberries for the upcoming Riverwest Blueberry Festival on July 18th. Freestyle Motueka (lemon/lime), specially selected lots of Mosaic to push blueberry notes, and then 400lb of blueberries during fermentation and a touch of Dark Berry Euphorics Botanicals. The result is a purple hazy beer that falls somewhere between a fruited sour and a hazy IPA.

Tap at Amorphic. Grey murky purple kool aid body. I get a lot of real blueberry tone, coupled with the Mosaic it is pretty nice, but I can't help but think it would be more enjoyable without the oats. Motueka comes through too, adding some lime leaf notes in the finish. Quite unique, enjoyable.
