In Collaboration with our friends over at Requiem Bar & Beer. We decided to make a classic Altbier (German style Amber Ale). Rich maltiness meets noble hop delight perfect beer for unwinding after the sun. Hopped with Perle, Select Splat, and whole leaf Tettnanger in the hop back.

Draught at source: light amber with beige head. Caramel, light earth. Taste is sweetish, lightly bitter. Smooth.
