This is our first foray into brewing strong, Belgian-style beers. Tripels are strong ales with a lean malt body, characterful yeast flavors (tending towards spicy phenolics and fruity esters), and a firm but not overwhelming hop flavor and bitterness.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Yeast aroma. Summer fruit and ester aroma with yeast and light citrus. Medium bodied. Summer fruit and fruity esters linger with yeast.
