Sample at the taproom. Pours a pretty pinkish-salmon color with a medium thin pinkish-white head that burns away steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lace. Citrus, floral yeast and malt aroma. Light-bodied with flavors of lime, peppery yeast, berry and doughy malt. The finish is spiced fruit and yeast. Pretty good overall.
