A rich and luxurious lager inspired by the Tmave Pivo of Czechia. Mashed with a solid foundation of floor-malted Bohemian malts in addition to German caramel and carafa malts. Balanced with a touch of Czech Saaz, fermented cold and spunded for natural carbonation. Lagered colder in horizontal tanks until the darkness consumed us. Double chocolate brownies drizzled in caramelized cascara dunked in Brazilian espresso.
