This classic West Coast IPA is the first beer in which we've ever employed dip hopping... and we are so very pleased with how it turned out. Classic hops combo of Citra, Cascade, and Cenntennial, plus a five-grain malt bill that includes Cara and Crystal -- so many Cs.

14/8/2026. Draft at the Aerocraft Brewery & Taproom, Braintree. Pours well. A very nice clear bright pour. Aroma is sweet, ripe, tropical, very piney, citrus. Sweet taste, with some developing bitterness. Medium body, smooth and a little sticky. Pretty decent.
