Inspired by the traditional Mexican fermented Pineapple drink Tepache, We took this concept and combined it with a session Belgian style Saison, playing off the spicy and fruity notes to make for a highly refreshing and unique farmhouse beer.

Draft at Field Day @ Field House in Abbotsford. hazy to cloudy yellow color white head. Aroma of fresh pineapple, light white pepper. Taste is funky pineapple, white pepper, slightly bitter finish. Yeasty goodness shines through despite the fruit. Nice one.
