Bottle. A clear-looking dark brown beer topped by a small, dense, dark beige head. The aroma is on the malty side, with dried fruits, nuts, caramel, a hint of oxidation and alcohol, and some chocolate hints. Full-bodied, lighlty warming and softly carbonated. Quite tasteful, as the aroma it’s on the malty side, with caramel, nuts and a faint chocolate note. Lasting finish. A pleasant and tasteful doppelbock. 120622

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry over ripe fruity finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
