Castling’s Heath Cottage ’Apple Pie’ cider is a spiced version of the original. It is considerably weaker at 4.5%, incredibly easy drinking, and real favourite.

Cider in a box at Little Earth Project, served warm for the holidays. Hazy to cloudy golden color, still. Aroma of mixed apple flesh and pumpkin latte spice, with raisins. Taste is sweetish apple pie with raisins and dates, cinnamon and nutmeg. Tart finish. Nice in small doses. My 100th Suffolk rating.
