A collaboration brewed with our good friends Iron Pier as a homage to Taras Boulba. An extra pale malt base lets the UK hops of Challenger & UK Chinook sing whilst a blend of our house ale yeast with a Belgium strain provides the right amount of character. Pale, bitter & brilliantly refreshing.

Can from Ampersand. Hazy yellow color, massive dense white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of light dust, subtle funk, light stonefruit, white pepper. Taste is sourdough starter and subtle white pepper. Nice enough.
