Saturated Hoppy Ale w/ Limequat subzero Hop Kief, Nelson Sauvin, Manilita & Simcoe Cryo

Built around the brand-new Freestyle Hops Limequat SubZero Hop Kief, alongside Nelson Sauvin, Manilita, and our hand-selected Simcoe Cryo. Named after the real limequat fruit, the hop delivers remarkably authentic limequat character. Expect vibrant notes of zesty lime, fresh orange juice, and a soft, dank finish.

A heavily dry-hopped beer designed for maximum saturation and expressive thiols, brewed with Weyermann Extra Pale Pilsner malt, malted wheat, and oats for a smooth, pillowy body.

On tap at Threefold. Pours opaque yellow with a small white head. Nose is dank, a bit yeasty, and some lime. Flavour has lime, melon, some dankness, a touch of bitterness on the finish. It's okay, still pretty murky and muddled, but overall not bad.

Sampled from the tap at The Magnet. Pours a hazy ratty gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a a pine and citrus combination with some light grain and grass supporting. Flavor has a grassy one with earthy citrus and a bit of sweet grain backing.

On tap at Threefold, pours an opaque cloudy milky yellow with a small white head. Aroma is softly dank, with doughy malt, gently pot-like hops, and a bit of hop tang. Flavour is not chalky at all, with a surprisingly bright melony hop tang, light-to-moderate hop dankness, and a light biscuity malt base. Not chalky or milky on the palate at all. Well-constructed hazy.
