A Kölsch-style ale brewed with gooseberries.
This bright golden beer greets with an inviting fruity aroma of passionfruit, gooseberry and sweet citrus. The taste opens with a juicy and thirst-quenching mouthfeel, balancing delicate malt sweetness with fresh green bitterness of hops and a subtle fruity note in the background. The taste gradually develops to a crisp, dry finish lingering with a bitter grassy hoppy character. Summery, light and dry Kölsch-style ale complemented with a bright gooseberry character.

Golden color, medium-sized white head. The aroma is quite neutral, with just a hint of grainy roughness, gooseberry bush and malt. Light-bodied with crisp carbonation. Mild fruitiness, gooseberry bush and lemon in the taste, staying quite neutral in typical Kölsch fashion. Gooseberry gives some personality.
