Some banana. A little bread yeast. Pours hazy golden with ok head and lacing. Clean and smooth finish like the outros to Pete Rock tracks. Tap at beer festival.

Bottle from Schnucks. Aroma is weak ester/stale beer. Appearance is hazy yellow with 1 finger-width white foamy head and minimal lacing. Taste is very mild sweet followed by mild to moderate bitterness. Palate is light bodied with thin texture and flat carbonation and long bitter finish. Overall, a pretty weak taste, and what there is is too unbalance to the bitter side for this beer. Better alternatives elsewhere.

Pours nearly clear gold with a short white head. Scent is tart, wheat, bitter orange. Taste is a little stale, wheat, water, citrus... Weak and mostly tasteless. ReRate: 4-9-13: much better this time around.....aroma and taste were far improved.....must have had a bad bottle first time around.

Refrigerated bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours hazy golden with small white head which dissapates quickly. Some thin small bubble lacing, light body, light carbonation, and raw wheat aroma. Taste is wheat, hint of dishwater, and some estery banana. Half hefeweizen half regular wheat.

Bottle. Wheat malt, banana, lemon. Cloudy golden yellow with a moderate, quickly dissipating head. Citric wheat malt flavor. Thin watery palate. Meh.

12oz bottle from Schlafly brewery poured into a shaker. Dated 01/25/2011. Pours a sparkling clear pale yellow with a small bit of bright white head. Slight aroma of hops and yeast. Taste is light bitter and light sweet. Kinda tastes like corn. Definite wheat taste but its subtle. Thin bodied and thin texture. Lively carbonation and not much finish. Overall, its not bad for drinking in the summer outside when itβs 100+. Just not my style of beer.

Bottle @ home, courtesy of drfabulous. Thanks Jeff! Cloudy, yellow orange appearance with a fluffy, pearl white head. Bready, soapy, yeasty, mild earthy hoppy, wheat ale nose. Light citrus fruits, grainy, bready, yeasty, moderately bitter. Decent.

Enjoyed on tap at Schlafly Tap Room in St. Louis, MO as part of a sampler. Appearance really bright yellow with rich frothy white head. Aroma not really anything there, maybe yeast if anything. Taste is an explosion of flavor. Just goes down very crisp with notes of wheat and straw, also a bit of lemon grind. Yeast also heavily in the mix but greatly balanced. One of the best American Hefeβs Iβve had!
