Quiet strength. Sharp instinct. Like its namesake, The Little Owl moves with intention patient, watchful, and always composed in the dark. Golden, smooth, and built with purpose - layered malt, notes of honey, fresh bread, and a clean, balancing bitterness. Strong, but never loud. Stay observant.

Appearance: ruddy burnt yellow almost chill haze color with a slowly dissipating finger's worth of white foamy head which left just a little bit of lace
Aroma: sweet biscuity/bready/herbal quality underscored by a very little bit of earthy character with a super lower kiss of honey
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine malty sweet meshed together conglomeration; finishes bready malty smooth
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; good carb level and very smooth along the tongue
Overall: pretty nice Maibock worth coming back to even if I was somewhat late in the season on consuming this.

Can from Tavour: pours gold with white head. Aroma is herbal, bready, bubblegum. Low bitterness. Easy to drink. Nice ample body.
