12 ounce bottle shared by tia & HopTsing at the 21st Richmond Gathering, 11/1/14. Pours a clear copper color with a thin fizzy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of chocolate, nuts, caramel, citrus. The taste is caramel, stone fruits. Thin-medium bodied, drinkable.

Mom brought this one back from a trip to Williamsburg. +++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark brown color with faint orange highlights and a medium sized foamy tan head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet and malty molasses, nut and wood. The flavor was malty, dryish and a bit bitter with notes of wood, nut and pretzel. Medium length bitter finish with lingering wood an nut. Medium body. Meh.

Draft at Brewery. Poured a medium-brown color with a slightly tan head. Aroma was nutty, caramel, toffee. Flavor was a touch of caramel, nut, toffee was there. Nice earthy notes and some grain in there. Pretty tasty.
