Cotton Candy Sky is a Double IPA inspired by the fleeting magic of a setting sun. Pouring a sunny yellow color, Citra and Amarillo burst with soft, juicy notes of champagne mangoes, candied orange, and peach smoothies. We then blended Simcoe and Strata, which swirl with layers of strawberry soda and passionfruit before lending a dank, piney note to its finish.
The sky is made of candy, and it’s floating right on by. It might not last forever, but it’s delicious to my eyes. Sugary clouds of pink and purple spin over a powder blue. On mountaintops or way down here, there’s plenty for me and you.

Pours a hazy, orange-pineapple, with smallish head. Aroma is pretty dank, with citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors follow, including a strong dank note. (beer name is kind of a misnomer). Soft mouthfeel. Moderate to above level of hop bitterness at the finish.
