Ripe Berries. Lychee. Stonefruit.
During the last hop harvest, our Head Brewer went out to Jackson Farms in Idaho to check out what the growers were doing out there. When he returned, we all immediately knew we had to brew a beer with their hops. Hand selected Idaho 7, Pink and CTZ Aroma hops, all from Jackson Farms, went into this exceptional Rye IPA. Notes of tropical fruit, stonefruit, sweet lychee and ripe berries burst out of the glass to make this a memorable experience.
Malt: To Thee! Pilsner, Flaked Rye
Hops: Idaho 7, Pink, CTZ Aroma
Yeast: Chico/American Ale

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and spice flavor with light rye. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and spice linger with rye.
